How does the first visit work?+
We'll start with a free 15-minute consultation to meet your plants and make a care plan. We'll discuss any areas of concern and go from there.
What's included in a Hero Visit?+
Watering, Health check, leaf dusting, rotating for light and even growth, pest checks, and photos sent to you after. Hero visits are up to 1 hour and can cover up to 20 plants depending on size etc. Up to £30 per visit.
What if I have more than 20 plants?+
No problem! Extra plants are £2 each. Large plants or fussy ones like Ferns, Fiddle leaf Figs and Calatheas are £3 each. Need more time? Extra 15 minutes is £8.
What areas do you cover?+
Whilst the business gets started, I'll be working close by in the Lingfield area, though I do plan on expanding.
What if a plant looks poorly or has pests?+
I'll let you know straight away with photos. I can do pest checks and give you advice during the visits. For major treatment we can discuss further options.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Just give me 24 hours notice and there is no charge. For the monthly plans we can flex dates around holidays etc.
Do you bring your own supplies?+
Yes! I'll bring a watering can, fertiliser, cleaning cloths, pest prevention spray, secateurs and a water meter. If you have special plant food you prefer, just leave it out for me.
How do I pay?+
Bank transfer after every visit or monthly. I'll send a quick invoice with photos of your houseplants.
Is your pest prevention spray pet and child friendly?+
Yes, I use a combination of water, Castille soap and peppermint oil.
What makes Houseplant Heroes different?+
